Victus Energy Limited (VEL) is a dynamic and customer-focused oil marketing company headquartered in Lusaka, Zambia. Formerly operating as Compafuel Petroleum Limited, the company rebranded to its current identity on 13th June 2025, signaling a new chapter of growth and innovation.

VEL trades and supplies a wide range of petroleum products, including petrol, diesel, kerosene, aviation gas, jet fuel, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), heavy fuel oil (HFO), bitumen, lubricants, and coolants. The company serves both retail and commercial sectors with an unwavering commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability.

Management Team

The structure of the organization consists of the Board, Management and Staff. The Board has five Directors and is led by a Chairperson. The company has seven (7) executive positions: the Chief Executive Officer, Sales and Operations Manager, Finance Manager, Accountant, Salesperson, Secretary and Receptionist.

The Chief Executive Officer of the company reports to the Board. The Sales and Operations Manager is responsible for the primary processes (fuel trading) and the Finance Manager is responsible for the secondary processes (accounting, administration, information and communication technology, etc). Both the Sales and Operations Manager and Finance Manage report to the Managing Director. The Salesperson reports to the Sales and Operations Manager. The Accountant reports to the Finance Manager
