The structure of the organization consists of the Board, Management and Staff. The Board has five Directors and is led by a Chairperson. The company has seven (7) executive positions: the Chief Executive Officer, Sales and Operations Manager, Finance Manager, Accountant, Salesperson, Secretary and Receptionist.

The Chief Executive Officer of the company reports to the Board. The Sales and Operations Manager is responsible for the primary processes (fuel trading) and the Finance Manager is responsible for the secondary processes (accounting, administration, information and communication technology, etc). Both the Sales and Operations Manager and Finance Manage report to the Managing Director. The Salesperson reports to the Sales and Operations Manager. The Accountant reports to the Finance Manager
